thanks robineun, banker even told.me its standard fees for all lawyers to take this fees from us. I'm gog make a fuss over this. thou only $300 but it's integrity issue here lo... zzz... |

Some law firm do charge a conveyance fee of about $300. My first law firm want to charge me $300 too. I told my banker to look for another law law which will absorb the fee. She managed to find one for me.

Do you guys face problems of not having enough storage space?
Any ideas of how to increase the storage or have a Walk In wardrobe in place?
I was wondering if there can be a door way to the adjacent room from the master bedroom to serve as a walk in wardrobe.. headache.. |
