The trend now is build 3 towers tall and slim - be it rectangle or round! 
How much higher can the developer price this development? Would people prefer Ovolo (what a difficult name to pronounce) over Park Central???  |

the site beside AMK hub us quite small.. wonder where would they be building the showflat. I saw a show flat being built on the site of the former temp NTUC .. wonder if another condo is gonna be built ard that area too... |

nope it not....previously there supposing to be housing on top of amk hub, that time economy no gd and the housing are scrapped...what a waste..now clementi have one integrated one coming up..housing on top of mall, link to bus interchange, mrt, taxi stands etc.

looks like an ultra convenient location, next to MRT, bus interchange and shopping mall. but might be very noisy..amk mrt is not underground. also awful sounding name. hee. |

Ovolo (or ovulo) in architecture, is a convex molding known also as the echinus, which in Classical architecture was invariably carved with the egg-and-dart ornament. The molding is called a quarter-round by woodworkers.
Maybe the design of the condo would be like wat it name suggest

Yes, it is very convenient for this mass market condominium project. I'm sure it would appeal to the HDB upgraders at AMK.

When I was on the train this morning, I saw that the name of the development is up. It's called Centro. Think it's by Far East Organisation. Din really get to take a second look again when another train went pass in front of me (thus blocking the view) |

Their reputation was probably not very good as they have done too many mass market condominiums. |

The traffic there can get quite messy especially during peak hours and weekends currently. With a new development there, it may get even more crowded.

that area looks kinda small to me to accomodate 3 towers and all the condo facilities... but the location is pretty good... very central and next to AMK hub and the bus interchange and opp the MRT station.. but wonder if it's gonna be noisy since it's near the tracks |

Think they build the condo tower slim so each unit may not be as big as those normal condo...
I doubt they have swimming pool, if have mayb a veri veri small one.
