Sales for the 2 ECs, 1 Canberra and Watercolours, have slowed down considerably in July. |

Locations for these 2 ECs are far from ideal coupled with competition from next door PCs (Eight courtyard at Canberra, ripple bay n sea ecsta for watercolours). In contrast, Tampines Trilliant still see healthy sales each month despite being the most expensive EC currently in the market due to location. |
