Actually all bank rate very similar.
Usually pple go for 0.75+3mth sibor. Or 1 mth sibor. |

Haha...Being 1st timer, we were quite new to this. So, took abit longer. But glad it got sorted out. |

Most impt is must get bank approval first, else it will affect the option exercising procedure if scully bank cannot grant u loan. |
