Urgent message to all Estuary owners,

Not far from Estuary, there's new launch called Skies Miltonia that's selling above $1200psf for units with lake/golf course view. Yet agents are still approaching Estuary owners to sell at 9xx psf. Skies Miltonia is a good condo, but Estuary is one par above it on every aspect, convenience, facilities, size, etc. So I would demand agents to match the price if not higher.

For those who just sold Estuary at current guide price, I am truly sorry. I hope this msg is reaching far before anyone is 'victimized' by the agents.
