Most of the postings mentioned above about Natural Loft were from last yr. Did not have the chance to look thru the other postings about NL - would be good to know if and how the defects were dealt with by the developer. Think who stay in NL are in the best position to comment / feedback. |

Any Natural Loft owners who would like to comment about the problems they faced when taking over their units and how you resolved them? |

i was wondering what are the indicative prices? I mean with more ECs in Punggol, does that mean prices will be lower, since supply have gone up? |

Think the average price for this EC development will be around $700 to $750 psf as it is quite near (walkable distance) to the Punggol MRT.

Guess it will be the average price if not is, the price will be decreased. Saw quite a few comments on Qingjian development. Don't think they will markup the price. |

Just thinking out loud, between EC and BTO, which is a better choice? |

Between EC and BTO, which is the better choice? It depends on one's needs and financial resources. Many upgraders go for EC (assuming they can afford it and they meet the EC qualification criteria). They are likely to have been staying in HDB for quite some time and see ECs as opportunity for them to "upgrade" their homes / lifestyles. For to be married or newly married young couples, I personally think BTO would be the better choice to start with because of the lesser financial commitment vs EC. (Of course, there will be young couples who are financially able to buy EC or PC.)

I think EC is a better choice. Cause of the facilities and design. Design of EC tends to be nicer? haha BTO has designs also but somehow I feel EC ones are more attractive. To me, I compare EC and BTO, BTO is more affordable. But I wonder if EC is better for investment? Renting of room, most people will tend to get bto cause it is cheaper? |

Will this new Qingjian EC be overly subscribed? |

Hmm based on so many ec launched, it will only be over subscribed if the price is attractive like parc centros. If not most likely will be normal tide |

It will probably end up being ard 40-50% sold after the first rd bcos of the not so ideal location (right smacked in the middle of Punggol town with no "near" LRT access and one will have to end up taking bus to interchange if not driving or crawl through the going to be heavy Punggol central traffic if driving.. But initial demand will still be high as the 20% 2nd timers will still chiong for their ideal more expensive big units. 1st timers should apply if they have a unit that they really like cos otherwise can wait since Punggol is going to have so many ECs coming up. May even end up having a PC cos i have a sneaky feeling that somehow the PCs and ECs beyond Prive are gonna equate in the future or at least the diff will not be that significant :p
