why is this thread so quiet? I saw that Haus@Serangoon Garden won the Green Mark Platinum. Any buyers here? Saw on asiaone: "The homes are expected to cost $2.5 million-$3 million each."

I can't deny that Haus@Serangoon is really a good buy where all units are equipped with state-of-the-art green technology for energy and water efficiency to offset the grid electricity consumption by the fridge and reduce utility bills provided if you don't look at the price. Somehow I can't help but think out loud that the quality is the amount you fork out. Paying for the quality is one thing but do you think that amount can be used to get Sky Habitat?

Sky Habitat is said to be the most expensive condo. So it does not make Haus more attractive if we were to compare prices. Some facts for Sky Habitat is that it is designed by the reknowned architect Moshe Safdie who designed Marina Bay Sands. Yes it sure is expensive. If I am not wrong, it is about $1,700psf or even more. The design for the condo is truely amazing.

Saw the sky bridges? These sky bridges link the two blocks together and at the highest sky bridge is the swimming pool. Awesome. It is located right next to the MRT and town centre. Just a few min to orchard or to other neighborhood shopping centres.

I would prefer Sky Habitat.(Thinking out loud haha) Everything about it seems so unique. Just located beside the MRT, it benefits both with cars and without. I guess I will never get tired swimming in the sky bridge swimming pool. On the other hand, I think it might be good for investment as well.

Now for the big question. Both are expensive, but which one would you really prefer?
