I was told that for PC... they will have a phase 2 release. If the response from phase 1 is good, then the price psf for phase 2 will be higher..
Which makes alot of "cents" for the developer.....
And by the looks of it, phase 1 response does look good.

If that's the case, would have thought they would keep those good stacks first, and if buyers prefer those, they can pay a higher price for them.. |

This is wat we thought so, QJ is doing the reverse. But may be they have their reason holding back such blocks..
Anyway, I think QJ put in a lot of effort in this project, from balloting system to furnishing... when I step in to the showroom, it feel good..

Yah...I do like the marble flooring and taps! Hehehe...one of the things I like is the good materials they will be using. :D Better than others that I've been to. What I love is the space...I dont see much 4 bedders this size. :)

yah, we chose to convert. did you as well? at least there is a walkway through and dont have to walk all the way around from the kitchen.
