River Isles at Punggol Central / Edgefield Plains

Qingjian Realty has launched another development in Punggol called "River Isles" - this is a Private Condo located at Punggol Central / Edgefield Plains.
Quite a number of websites marketing this condo has been set up. This is just one of them:
Looks like Punggol is gonna to be "swamped" with Private Condos and ECs - there should be at least be one to two more developments to be launched there in the next 6 to 9 months. |

I took part in the naming compeition..apparently my suggestion RiverEdge is not the winning entry =p
RiverParc, Riversound and now River Isles..will QJR have a 4th in punggol? let's wait and see.
Yeah Punggol is brimming up with ECs and PCs. Seems like yesterday when PRIVE was first EC and Treasure Trove was first PC. I've lost count now.. |

Next up, a mega mall with mix development just next to Hougang MRT.

Yup, QJR will have a 4th in Punggol.
They have won the site at Punggol Central/Edgefield Plains for EC development in Feb this year.
