Yeap with PES but the agent told us it's not a garden.

 

#01-02 is the smaller 3-bed, 1130sqft. So it's cheaper than the other 3-beds. Personally I also prefer the 3-bed but was worried since this is on 1st floor & it is the last unsold unit for the stack = something is wrong? LOL!

 

I believe stack 2 is not pool facing, instead it face the road, usually ppl whom buy PES  prefer pool facing.

By the way i was wondering where is the land for the rumoured Market? Is it @ the space directly opposite Parc Vera, where the show flat is?

Why ?

If surrounded by ec or condos maybe more difficult to sell next time as there may be alot of units selling too, competition will be high. Or if ec will be bad as ec is priced lower than private condo, ec owners can afford to sell lower than private condo owners after 10yrs.
But good thing is your surrounding will be more beautiful if surrounded by condos or ec.

Just my view, it may not be true.

Opposite there is a big land can have few developments plus those demolish HDB beside, there r plenty of land in the surrounding.

Hi luckystar, those demolished hdb beside parc vera they are going to build bto hdb flats. As for the plot of land in front it is still unknow. I hope it will be a hdb bto too or a market if possible.
