Think they won't outrightly increase price cos there's so many launches in the area upcoming. But now they around 60% sold, I think will reduce the so called discount slowly. I bought at 16% discount in August. Maybe now is 14%?
Hope they will quickly sell out and can start construction soon! |

I bought at 16% discount too in Sep. Heard that till now it's still 16%.
I went to look at the construction site recently, not much being done yet. |

with the launch of parc vera, think it will slow down the sales of boathouse even more cos parc vera cheaper.
walked past the site last week. so far only started clearing land. |

Yah.. Agent did say its for 2 years shuttle to hougang mrt. there's sbs bus service to kovan mrt and Punggol mrt too. |

What made u decide soho? Almost bought the 2+1 too but then my kids still small so in the end decided to play safe with 3 bedder. Got stack 19 in the end cos that time other stacks not released yet. |

Thought of getting 3bd room as well but the Soho is really appealing and different. Therefore decide to go for Soho, hope my decision is correct. I had stack 24.

Across A small road upper serangoon view, the plot of land is zoned for private development in ura website I think... |
