The Luxurie residents will face a parking crunch, which has turned out ugly in some developments.

622 units but with only 627 parking lots.

An increasing number of households own more than one car nowdays.

it should be fine, at least 1 carpark lot per unit. there are some developments with <1 lot per unit. nowadays, impossible to find condos with more carpark lots than number of units.

Nothing unusual, even most district 9 apartments only allocate 1 car park per unit.

at least better than compass heights as don't have to bear with the engine & vibration of the buses when entering or exiting the bus interchange for the lower floor units.

Hi, Anyone over this forum bought any unit in Luxurie? I have bought one at the ground floor.  Can anyone tell me how to join the management committee of this project? Who will start to organise it?

This forum is rather quiet as compare to A Treasure Trove where the residents to be are very excited over it.  I am excited for them as its good to share info and start making good neighbours.

TT also have limited parking what, in fact that was the first question I asked.

TT development also looks very cramp - in fact with such a BIG development I am expect to see "HDB" problems between neighbours occurring.

Luxurie sure looks over priced - both near MRT but for staying still worrying in my view.

Its really true that things are getting more pricey nowadays and I think its a very sad thing that is happening to Singapore. Due to the housing crunch, developers (HDB included) are building smaller and smaller units and faced with no choice, we have to tolerate the ever decreasing housing size that is being given to us (unless one is rich enough to buy landed) with smaller and smaller rooms. Its just sad when the day comes where our houses become as small as those found in developed cities, such as Tokyo, London and Hong Kong.. =(

Cars will get very expensive because of limited COE. Maybe those who makes $200k annually will be able to afford a Vios costing $160k in the very near future.

For the longest time i thought i was the only one that bought a unit in Luxurie . there has been so little chatter on the net among Luxurie buyers the past few .

That is true. Someone should start one of those forums for potential owners as with other projects.

You are welcome alymun!

Hi, Thanks for the update. I was rather worried that this project is slow in the construction. I bought a unit there during the 1st day of the launched.
