Wow....thats pretty expensive...considering the fact that The Prive is not super near to MRT compared to Esparina...

haha , it's due to the waterfront facilities in near future I guess .

no doubt it is near.. but to price it so high when you still need to take some time to get there, is it still worth it? i mean 900k-1 mil for an EC in Punggol?? seriously??

number and size of bedroom is not confirm yet. have to wait for developer to sent us. once i got the information on hand will update again.... i dont wanna to over promise =) hopefully it have 2+Utility as i know that for 2 bedrrom with no study area mostly couple will commends that not enough space =x

The floor plans look good for 3 bedrooms. They have some similarities with Esparina though, except that I suppose not all units will have a balcony. AND, theres' a yard!!! But the living room and dining room space seems to be compromised cos of that. If this is priced a lot lower than Esparina I will be so .

Haha maybe its meant to be a hybrid  But the facilities look promising too. The 50m lap pool, the basement carpark, the yard (ok i mentioned already haha but i really want a yard!), there are pockets of water features scattered all around the premises. But many pple are saying its gonna be real expensive.
