You can email PUB to ask them if any concrete plans is being made for the canal =)

ABC is just the tagline that they had from the campaign and so far think only Bishan and one other place that had been successfully converted, apart from the Punggol waterway and the two sungei that forms up the reservoir over there.  Advertisement must always be taken with a pinch of salt one...
