Nope, my 4rm still waiting for the keys collection, no letter received so far. HDB site said completion is end of Jul. Does this mean collection of keys also end of Jul?

I thought completion is on Sept? if really is end of Jul completion, should be collection of keys as well?

Emmm... I refer to my 4RM, it said (checked 5 mins ago)
Probable Completion Date (PCD)
(Estimated date of completion of construction of the flat) End Jul 2012

Hope this is PCD is the date for receiving the letter and collection of keys will be a month or two later.

My wife and I would be getting our keys to Blk 572A in end Sept. Wanna check if anyone is going to be staying there?

Also, wanna check if anyone here hacking their walls?? I kan chiong go look for reno lolx, all tell me need PE engineer permits...

blk 571C was told that hdb will only schedule the keys collection from mid Oct onwards, and that's based on urgency.

that came from one of FB member on Champions Court group, Sheree Ong.
maybe others here from blk 571c can somehow pressure hdb to pressure teambuild to have more manpower to finish up the job.... i feel for my neighbours,sia.

on other note,571B has received HLE reassessment letter.deadline 16 July. if any of u havent get the letter,better call hdb ASAP,lest they thought u are not interested in getting loan from hdb.

570A will start to receive keys from next week onwards.... A big welcome to them...! :)

The fb CC group is a closed group. Maybe u can try finding it using normal internet browser instead fb app. Look for group instead of page. Hope u'll find us there... And hope wont desert this page when u found them... :p

Btw, a word to all, esp those who collect keys at month end. It's regarding interest charged. I kena already.

It went like this: i collected my keys on 28th May. Everything has been signed, we know how much loan we are granted and the interest is based on loan amount granted.and we were made known that our first loan repayment would be in July. At least, that was what we were been told.

Imagined our surprised when we checked the statement account on my hdb page on 3rd June. The interest charged is way more than what we calculated based on loan amount. DOUBLE!! We redid our calculation, and we discovered that HDB charged June interest based on SELLING PRICE AMOUNT-5% Initial downpayment which was made in June 2009.

We know we would be charged interest payment only in May( pro rated when we collect keys) and June. But it SHOULD BASED ON LOAN AMOUNT, not SELLING PRICE AMOUNT. It wasnt fair, if we knew they would CHARGED INTEREST BASED ON SELLING PRICE AMOUNT if we collect keys at month end, we would definitely postponed the date to early mth( june ). I'd rather be charged the CORRECT full interest amount for JUNE and JULY instead of PRO-RATED IN MAY AND WRONGLY AMOUNT CHARGED IN JUNE.

I called hdb immediately. They kept repeating about 2.6% interest rate. Ya, ya, i know all about that, but what i want to know why is my interest in JUNE is based on SELLING PRICE, not LOAN AMOUNT GRANTED. they say will look into the matter. I not only called them, i emailed to their finance side and Mr Khaw. Only received standard reply from hdb.

In Month of July, i checked my statement again.it showed the correct interest amount. I called them again. And again they said will look into the matter. I told them, dont just say then dropped it out entirely. I was told that i wasnt the only one who had this prob.

So please,please... Those who collected keys at end mth, do check ur statement of account on myhdb page. See if the two months after collecting keys are the same. If not, do pressure hdb to do something about it.
