Hello,
I was thinking of having Commercial Vinyl Flooring installed in my basement. But is it truly waterproof? Does anyone know about a good company which installs Commercial Vinyl Flooring in Toronto? Also tell me some useful
DIY Products
.
Thanks in advance

Water proof from the top down , but water can come up from the bottom through the slab and ruin your vinyl. Whether its standard vinyl or commercial grade vinyl doesn t matter

Vinyl composition tile covering is utilized commercially on high traffic floors coverings such as retail or supermarket. VCT tile is strong as well as holds up to massive traffic. However there is a great deal of upkeep associated with maintaining Commercial Floor Coverings for looking great. They need to have a sealer or appearance put on them, which provides the flooring a high-gloss appearance.

Vinyl flooring is scratch resistant and water proof, ideal for washrooms, cooking areas and halls. Putting this flooring surfaces in high traffic areas is great, you just give it a clean to clean and it looks brand new. Of course it's the begining immune to a level, I wouldn't move large furniture over it and anticipate it to be the begining evidence, but in comparison to other flooring surfaces, it comes out on top.

You need to prepare the sub floor by making sure it is clean and free of debris or anything that will cause the vinyl to not be flat and one of the first things that you need to know is that most commercial-type vinyl flooring materials are made of sheets rather than tiles.
