Hi!!
I am not near the lift.. I have to walk into it.. It my first hse also.. I am 28 this yr.. got married 3 years ago also in Oct. haha Now staying at BP area also.. I will visit the web when i reach home.. haha now in office. BTW my name is Bel. Nice to meet you!

btw e flat blk 457&458 totally built up yeahhh....but e two front blk finishing soon... cant wait for the dae to get the keys.... |

welcome to BP, not true that the people here are not IT savvy, BP is one the most well connected surburbs now. There is LRT, 30min away bus ride to orchard, the future Downtown line, BKE KJE entry is just beside and traffic is smooth on most days. BP's town center is at Bukit Panjang Plaza though Bangkit and Fajar boasts strong competition. It is nice place to stay in.
Segar is the north most part in BP, and there are lots of land here for development. Most of BP borders the BKE, Yew Tee and Upper BT Rd so not surprising that future BTOs will sprout in Segar region.
Downtown line holds a huge importance to this area, once its running, BP residents need not depend on CCK stn to link East-west line and that reduces travelling time by at least 20mins. The existing bus terminal beside BPP is slated to make way for a new shopping cum mrt stn cum bus depot complex so just watch this space. |

Hi chanshaobao welcome here!!! Have u added us at Facebook? We are more active there then here. Some of us have went to the site but only afew manage to walk into the unit without key. U can add us at fb then u will be able to view those pic. For ur info 458 will be collecting key during cny and 457 is march then will be 456 follow by 455. |

I was there earlier today to see the plot of land for Segar Vale coz tomorrow will be selecting my unit. I saw Segar Meadow almost done up very nicely. I think the blocks are pretty spacious compared to the upcoming Segar Vale. But good new is in 3-4 years time, in front of the LRT Station will be a supermarket, shops and eating house =D |
