im Q interested in this BTO. But my main hesistation is that, its not near to mrt stations. even to yck, amk, hg or serangoon, it takes about 10 - 20 mins bus ride.. |

in terms of sqm, seems like both are the same. for limbang green, SA comes in either 37 or 47 sqm.
for SA, only those above 55 eligible to apply.
for 2 rooms, i think no age range mention, only household income mus b less than 2k..

Personally, the Buangkok BTO location not that bad if you are driving. It is near 3 highways: CTE via AMK Ave 5 KPE via Buangkok Green TPE via Jalan Kayu + Jalan Kayu "food street" is a short 5 min drive away. I would say a good location for anyone who wants to pay less for housing and use the extra money saved to buy a car. |

cos limbang green is really walking distance to mrt. but why only 118 units. so few!!
agree agree..its actually convenient for those who drive. but for taking public transportation..which im..it makes me ponder.. well, its price vs location. pay high price for premium location.

yes, u can apply as many btos as u wish, as long as u haf not selected a unit. once u selected a unit, then ur Q no for all other btos wil b automatically cancel
BTOs for first timers. no other grants except for AHG - that is household income less than 5K, u get some grants. and u get 2 extra chances in balloting
