Hi Surfers,
Me not VVIP customer... me perhaps maybe considered juz as a small time investor wannabe...
Juz relying on my agent to try to help me secure 1 of those cheapest units there. As for your interest in duplex, i guess u shud verify if in the 1st place will any of the 4 duplex units be released during the VIP Preview on this coming Fri.

surfers: the sms indicate that the price est from $650 to $680 psf leh..so if its 3% off then it will be $630 for the cheapest price..

Yoz Twinstar, i went today... the Studio was selling @ around $880psf & i only hestitated alittle... But by 2pm, all studios were sold right before our eyes! 2dbrms & 2+1 left afew units... The market is crazy again! You can call my agent Shayne Lim @ 9479 7434. She is the ERA Project Specialist there in the showflat. ERA got 3 yrs Warranty package but Knight Frank don't have any extra perks to offer @ all... |

Not bad la... but i think the ppl are juz plain crazy! 1st day only and its 33% sold liao... Is the market really flooded with cash rich HDB upgraders? I dun think these are flippers like what those forumers complained in the newspapers recently... wat's there to flipped in Simei or Lakeside for that matter?
U still not going to the showflat? I'm afraid will only left you wif 3 or 4 bedders le lei... if it is moving like this rate... all the best Twinstar! May u find a good buy there!
