Realised no topics on Sea Esta. It is a new development along the beachfront of Pasir Ris. Any buyers here? |

One of the bed room was near the entrance together with the yard, that didn't worked too well to my famiily liking... Psf is around the lower of $8xx for the 4 bedder. I already got something else after I received the floor plans from my agent..just went to view coz we were kaypohs... :)) |

From Sea Esta's plot, there are still some residential projects (low rise though) on the opposite side of the road and behind that is the Costa Sand resorts before the shoreline, I guess if you are staying around 6th storey and above, you'll probably be able to see the sea. A slow 20 minutes walk is probably all it takes if you like to go take a stroll at the beach. Downtown East is very nearby and the MRT station is still not considered far away. |

Thanks for the information jawzsg! I guess what really attracts people is the sea view! haha And the convenience, just 20min walk to the beach, downtown east and MRT station! At night, the breeze would be real cooling! I like that feel! haha |

with more projects developing near punggol and other projects which has their own advantages like Haus for their green award and Sky Habitat with the reknowned designer, guess Sea Esta is getting a hard time to compete? If psf is lower of $8xx, should be not that bad. Thinking that downtown east is going to renovate to have more facilities at Wild Wild Wet as well as the Escape Theme Park. Not forgetting costa sands resort. But if you want the scenary and breeze, think sea esta is the right choice. Tough to decide on which condo/landed since there are so many different projects and attractiveness they are giving. What are the things that you think people look for in Sea Esta? I think having it located next to the sea is one that attracts people. Not sure regarding the price cause I know more people are crazy over parc centros price. |

I bought the one with 3 bedrooms. Nice down to earth design. Layout is very rectangular / square-ish. =) Oh, BTW, it's not EC. The one beside is. Watercolors. =) |

Yeps Sea Esta is not an EC but its definitely guaranteed seaview since the chalets are not slated for redevelopment anytime soon. Amenities wise, its pretty close to Downtown East although its not a particular "safe" walk as ts just a single-lane road with streetlamps and thus definitely not good for ladies to commute alone at night until all the developments start completing. Nevertheless its still a good location as the walkable Downtown East is only a bus stop away from the MRT/interchange and there are cinemas, eateries and NTUC located at Downtown East itself =) PS: As far as I know, all the sea facing views are sold out with limited pool facing units left

Yah, true... the short cut lane could be pretty quiet at night. But Sea Esta is the nearest to Downtown East. Hopefully when all the condos are up, we see more people using that lane. :)

Woah dangerous to walk the lane at night! Yup I heard the proximity to Downtown East. :) Did you have a hard time choosing between Watercolors and Sea Esta? |
