Hi all, just bought a 5room resale flat and can't decide how the layout of my living/dining area should be (floorplan is attached)

 

Currently the owner has put the TV on the wall closest to the balcony/full height window. I'd rather put my sofa there as it's brighter, and place the TV feature on the opp wall --- OR ideally get the contractor to build another wall so that people won;t have to walk in front of TV to access bedrooms. My only concern is building another wall will make the space cramped/smaller.

 

Would really appreciate some ideas - this is kinda stressing me out! =/

 

 

 

If this is a serous problem all you need to do it call for a help of an interior designer to help you out of this problem. And also you can look for some magazine.
