Hi all,
Just OTP for a 3NG flat in tampinea, initially wanted to get a 4 room, but after reading this forum and looking at the, i change my mind and get a 3 rm, so that i can have budget to do up a nice place that i will.enjoy.
2 person that make me bend on spending for a nice place one is the expert that design the tiong bahru , bayshore and nippon bedok project. that is also why the unit i.bought have the same layout as the nippon bedok flat . second os the lady who design a em with a mininalist design, with the signature red elephant in the living room.
i will want to go mininalist as, after i get to.know mininalist, feel that it suit my lifestyle, as i.never like to display ornaments. and i like to throw things away. To me if u can dont use something for 3 months, u should give it away, and not keep alot of stuffs in the house.

Yupz agree with Just. After 1st appointment. But still depends on when you plan to move in as there are quite a number of things to consider when doing renovation. Hahaz I'm excited for you!
