Budget 20k, just for carpentry works?

Huiwen, why don't u try the e-quote in this forum? Click on Reno quote and complete the form...u can choose from a whole list of contractors and u can specify some major works....

$20k includes air-con? For premium, most things are done except carpentry, ceiling , lighting and wiring....

Will probably need another $10k for some big furnitures like sofa, mattress, dining table....

Then electrical items ? Tv, fridge, sound system, cooker hood, hop, oven, electric or gas heater,

Not forgetting some soft furnishings like curtains, bed linen....

And window grills if got young kids...
