The bulk purchase suggestion is a good one. That would be something I (and others) would like to have too.

Another feature to suggest - possible to have a like button - perhaps could encourage / motivate people to contribute.

Another suggestion - for the Visual Gallery - have a category on Interior Design / Show Flat Photos - people can post photos there on Interior Design and Show Flats.
