through SERS? The location is quite convenient and will probably appreciate further with the plan to develop Paya Lebar. Has he seen the draft masterplan? Do encourage your uncle to visit the exhibition at URA! :D |

Think you are referring to those flats opposite Paya Lebar MRT station? they are already occupied...
Not very sure about his unit.. think it is 7th floor... higher floor can get city view? hehe i thought views will be blocked by other flats..

7th floor might be blocked. anything above 15 or so floors should be able to see the city view :)

Slash: I took a picture of it on 7th June 2008!
Thats great! I have not seen any discussions on this BTO at any forums so far and since there is no post at all for public housing for Geylang etc area here, why not start one :P
But it is really rare to have any new public housing at Geylang area anyway :D

Thoughtful
Design
Look
forward to your own cosy sanctuary at Sri Geylang Serai. With most floors
having only four to six flats, you are assured of privacy. The internal
living space within each flat is also thoughtfully segregated to distinguish
the common living areas from the bedrooms.
The
flats are nestled within five blocks, each standing 19 storeys high.
Each 4-room flat of about 90 sqm or 92 sqm comes with a living/dining
area, kitchen, service yard, main bedroom with attached bathroom, two
other bedrooms, common bathroom and a storeroom cum household shelter.
Three-quarter height windows fitted in the living room of most flats
provide you with good views of the surrounds and allow more natural
daylight to brighten the entire flat.
With
floor finishes provided only in the kitchen, household shelter, service
yard and bathrooms, you have the privilege to choose whether you wish
to have internal doors and/or floor finishes installed in the living/dining
areas and bedrooms of your selected flat. The Optional Component Scheme
is offered on an opt-in basis, with the cost of the package added on
to the selling price of the flat should you decide to have the finishes
and doors provided.
