how abt those who put price list and other good comments about that project, does it mean they are oso advertising for dat project and how come it was not deleted etc? |

Hi Patricialim, it seems that you had first made known yourself to MHT as a property agent, so that posting here is deemed to have vested interest, I think that is why our moderator ( i dont know who) here had deleted yours posting as forum's rules applied.
I know you are honest person earning a living as I had dealt with you once during the soft launch at Vista. But is okay, you still can do business at the Class Ad which is provided here at MHT.

gt 1 surprisingly, 3 and 4 bedroom available.

Any profession opinion if worth investing in a studio (1 bedded) in Vista Residences now? Think left a high floor unit with good view.
What's the estimated rental yield like?
