Actually this is not a bad place to stay.. Kallang is still quite convenient.

ders 2 hawker ctr nrby...within walkin distance...many buses to orchard, bugis n suntec...too bad it's 1 way traffic...so u hav to walk a long way back frm the busstop at boon keng mrt stn

The other day when we drove past Bendemeer area, saw it rising above the greenery too! But, it was too fast for me to react. Thanks for the update, Miu! :)

The lower blocks are carparks? Very nice... I like the development.

The new bridge is lovely compared to what I saw a year ago :)

it's like that... as long as there's a piece of empty land, there's always a possibility of it becoming a construction site.

doubt they have a chance for SERS in the near future?

the place was upgraded before also facing main road.
does not make sense for SERS.
it is also too narrow piece of land to build higher flats so near the main road.
it would be even noisier as you go higher and blocked the river vista behind.
from feng shui perspective, the drop off point already well position as a gateway for entry to river vista.
my personal guess is that these two blocks will most likely stay.

I think there's still alot left over after being offer to the SERS resident. It happen that one of my friend's gf was offer between this and the one near the kallang mrt. Pricing was much more cheaper than the one near Kallang mrt. It's a pity that she choose the one near kallang mrt. I feel that this is a pretty good site. Nearby with mrt, hawker and market and sch too. They regretted after choosing the kallang mrt site.

Happy, i tink u r referrin to the Boon Keng blocks. It's more convenient over der cos the mrt stn is jus a stone throw away. The nearest mrt stn for river vista is the NEL. For those who can walk fast, u take abt 10mins. Fo rmyself, i nid 15mins to reach the nel...
