if salary below 8k, but less than 3 mth employment, can onli take bank loan, but be careful as bank loan interest will not be stable & not as low as HDB 2.6%.

If you refinance, can get commercial loan rate at 1.5%

originally no prob coz slightly above 8k but appealed to hdb they are ok. so when we applied for dawson in dec, no prob.. but now change job then way before 8k liaoz dono if can get or cannot get. if get v good no. but cannot buy will be v sad la. coz i rem reading somewhere in hdb website that they count as of point of application... so not sure. sigh. anyway thanks for all your suggestions and help! :)

i would rather choose to be categorised as daft by MM Lee than to believe him.

 

Anyway this affordability issue have come up too many times, i already discuss until sian liao. Say too much also no use, later people start asking me to join opposition! :p

 

 

By not believing what Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew says, you are indirectly implying that he is a liar, and the implications are severe.  

From begining of this year, say will speed up and push out, complete project etc. Only see BTO that will only be completed in 3 years time. Far water cannot save near fire. Why we pay so much for such a minister who lack proactive such as working with the construction company to shortern the building process rather than come out with documentary on it past. Does this looks comical?

I only trust him on what he says on one issue only, and that is the height restrictions/plot ratio. He will definitely protect the interest of all those short buildings and make sure their views are not totally block by tall buildings.
