did u tried their other main courses? Me tot of trying out their salmon the next time I am there... seems like a nice place to have a drink or 2 with friends and colleagues after knocking off
well i loved salmon. salmon is my fave fish. the best salmon are not here though. somewhere in Holland Village , cant remember now.
i tot you were gonna say the best salmon is in New Zealand... where u can cook the fish caught immediately from the stream :)
haha no, best salmon are from Scotland. Finest of the Best Salmons. Not even NZee one comes close enough. i heard scotland one, they really take from the sea and cook just a few mins later!!!!!
really... it takes skill to cook salmon... cook a little longer and u get meat so tough u can throw and hit the wall.... i like those that has juices oozing out with every cut and bite to it... my friend who went NZ said she loved the salmon there so much cos they catch it from the stream and cook it immediately.... taste is soooo diff from those u ate in spore cos it's mainly frozen .... realy envy her.... :)
yes, i had my fair share of "salmon" in NZee, wellington. quite different from local here.
