    Hi,

Anyone looking into these 2?  I am keen but I can't decide for now as the economy is till no good, or maybe getting worst, I have yet to decide on anything so far.

Anyway, I am keen in DBSS Bedok for its location but it's only 16 floors where Clementi is 40.  Floor area wise, Bedok has 109 Sqm which is smaller than my existing place by 21 sqm :-(

If only Bedok has higher floor, I would go for Bedok.

    Anyone considering these 2?

Both are equally good with their merits, located in prime matured estates.

Go for the one which is more convenient for u in terms of location.

In terms of space, both shd be more spacious than existing DBSS that comes with ba windows.

Newer DBSS launched from 2011 come without bay windows.

Bedok may not have the very high level units, but the units facing outwards will have either the reservoir or park view. Pricing would also be another factor, it should be contrasting tho:)

Belvia will launch this friday 14 oct while Trivelis is 26th oct, good to keep your options open before seeing both. you can pm me for more info.

Looking at above link on Belvia Site, only high floor will get reservoir view.

Estimated take up rate of 38% for Trivelis. You can go to my blog for regular updates.

I haven't been to the bedok one yet, but the Trivelis is really close in terms of proximity to the MRT and mall. Besides, if you are thinking of rental next time, it is easier (higher price too) to let it out due to the many instituitions around with no lack of students looking for accommodation.

Heard that Trivelis is moving very fast and till date almost 50% sold with 3 more days to go before open for walk in selection on saturday. All 5rm units were sold! This project is on track to be the most popular DBSS this year!

DBSS has always been good sellers until SL come to spoil market with their Centrale 8 pricings and then the negative reviews which had always been there started to take front stage.. =S

Under the master plan 2008, the plot of land surrounding Trivelis is zoned as residential.

There's been no news release of any land sales, besides Trivelis, to-date.

You can make reference to the master plan 2008 in URA website - www.ura.gov.sg

Looking at the masterplan plot ratio, the suoorunding residental devt is expected tohit 40 storey, henceblocking the view of this Clementi DBSS.

Only the plot of empty land next to Trivelis has the same plot ratio as Trivelis.

However, please note that Trivelis has its towers facing NS, which does not look at the empty plot of land.
