Unique to our needs, we have summarized our requirements as follows:
1. Size of fan in accordance to the room size.
2. Ceiling height about 2.3m. We cannot afford a low hanging fan.
3. High Aesthetics is important to satisfy my better half's requirement

The concept of living off the grid – probably a result of too many post-apocalyptic movies and books. But in land scarce Singapore, I don’t see how it can be achieved tho. Perhaps if more eco-friendly ideas can be used in HDB, it’ll make enough difference… like collecting rainwater for flushing, using more solar panels, and having ‘green’ roofs with plants?
