Dragon Phoenix Restaurant. My brother was commenting their dim sum was good before we saw the cockroaches... In fact, I ate 1 from one of the 2 siew mai steamers and think the siew mai was yucky.
My throat felt scratchy when I saw it!
Pray hard, none of us ate the cockroaches! :p |

Already feedback to NEA yesterday night.
Frankly, their food isn't too bad. The restaurant was full and there were people waiting for tables during lunch yesterday.
They had no proper hygiene management which will eventually affect them very badly if nothing is done to improve the situation. |

im sure none of the restaurant staff purposely did this.
of cos the service recovery could have been better carried out...but they are only human. noone knows percisely what's best to do at the instant moment.
anyway...cockroaches wont kill you la. in some civilisation it's considered a delicacy :P |

Since there was no mass food poisoning unlike the Prima Deli case, NEA won't take drastic action.
I got food poisoning and fever for 2 days after eating a Dome many years ago and NEA didn't do a thing even after I reported it.
Businesses always come first - consumers second. That's why CASE is known as the toothless tiger. |

| Please give a change for the restaurant to improve.Out of sudden appear the cockroaches on the dishes is really out our control. All the restaurant try their best to provide the best dish best service to the customers especially now so competitive the food market now. i also try my best to clean all the table but still..........................very sorry my best customers..........................i not " ko yi de" |
